Nursing Concept Maps
What is a Nursing Concept Map?
Nursing Concept Maps or nursing spider maps are centered on a patient and various patient information that are connected to determine etiology and pathophysiology. Concept Maps essentially help nursing students connect the dots with a real-world illustration of a patient into bits and pieces of information.
Why do Nursing Concept Maps matter to you?
When a registered nurse is independently working, he or she must be able to rapidly document and process information. Any advantage in note taking and assessment can potentially prevent injury to the patient.
